Full Tank Shots Only

Postby wichers » Mon Oct 08, 2012 12:07 am

This subject came about to me at the aquatic swap. Thought it was good, so followed through with this. This will be stickied, so will always be on top and not lost. May look into a Photography Discussion if its a big hit. This thread is to share everyone's full tank shots. Lets just make this a Tank Photography Thread. I'll start!
Everyone GO!!!!

This is from a few months ago. I'm surprised how much the corals have grown. The Green Slimer and Formosa Stag at the back are growing out of the water now.

Thanks Rick. Found them in a small saltwater store in Oregon many years ago and fortunately they survived my "coral killer" days.

Star polyp are beautiful but if left un checked can be very invasive... You can see how Phil has them isolated on that rock so they don't jump onto the rest of his rockwork.

My green star polyps did become invasive in my tank. Because it did jump over onto my rock work. It always usually won the battle too. Another reason for the my upgrade.

There are quite a few AMAZING tanks listed here. You guys/gals has done some amazing work putting these together. I'd like to post my NEW 75g tank, but can't seem to find an "insert" or "attach" option here. Also see my posting under "Freshwater" about my issues dealing with the HIGH pH.

I got worried the photo wasn't going to work, as it took so long for the file to be loaded. Here's the 2nd photo.

That's because you uploaded some *really* big photos, probably strait from your digi cam. I'm looking for a way to auto resize the images on upload, vs just setting a restriction that would yell at you and not let you upload things.
