Dads tank

Postby shifty51008 » Sat Apr 08, 2017 7:03 pm

So i just redid my dads tank and its looking fairly good i think so far, still some silt to remove but otherwise good, has 6 neon tetra's, 6 striped danios, and 2 tiger barbs, along with 1 snail and a plecto. Its a 46 gal bow with dual 36"t5ho's and a fluval 404. Any other ideas on makeing it look better? Im more for a sw guy so this is my 1st planted fw tank so i have been trying all kinds of things with it. Before it had actual mud with gravel on top, that worked great for growing plants but after a while tured into a mess.

Thanks for any opinions.

Ps, in that pic there was only the 2 tiger barbs and plecto, the tetras and danios were just added.

Maybe some dwarf sag. And some stem plants in the background. I love those huge crypts.
