Tapatalk

Postby Tat2demon » Sun Apr 10, 2011 6:06 pm

Tonight I'm hoping to have Tapatalk installed on the board.

I cant use forums with my current phone so sure on the specifics but its supposed to change the layout and style for easy use on cell phones.

You will need to download an app for your phone if you want to use it. It looks like it costs around the $3 mark for the app. It can be found here.

I know Reefcentral has been using this feature for a while now so those of you browsing on your phones may already be familiar with it.

Ok I got side tracked designing my new tank but Tapatalk is enabled on the forum now. If youre willing to spend the 2.60 or whatever it is for the app feel free to test it out and let me know what you think. If you have a Blackberry I think the app is free.

Have you heard any more about if it is working for blackberry users again or not? I am stuck with this hunk of junk for another 10 months until I can upgrade.

I just put it on Allisons phone to check. It seems to be working for the most part. I cant view pics but that may be a problem with her phone. Its a Pearl I think.

Gotta say tapatalk works great... talked me into it Nate. I guess I just needed to hear from someone to take the plunge.

Just sent one to you with Tapatalk and it went through fine. Have you tried reinstalling on your phone?

Todays smartphones are nothing more than tiny computers. Just like computers, sometimes they need to be restarted every once in a while. This is especially important if you run a lot of apps. Even after turning off and app it can keep running in the background using up hour ram and slowing down your phone.
